Returns are easy and simple. You may return all or a portion of your purchase within
30 days of invoice date for a refund or credit less a 15% restocking fee. Returned
item(s) must be in the original packaging, unused and not damaged. Fill out the
information below and you will receive RMA # (return material authorization) at
the end of the process. Make sure this RMA number is clearly written on the outside
of your package and on the original packing slip (this package slip needs to be

Lindenhurst, NY 11757. Credit is given within 7-14 business days after receipt less
shipping charges.
